Multi-Store Management

Connect and manage multiple Salla stores from a single unified dashboard. View analytics, manage customers, and automate workflows across all your stores.

Overview

Syncaty supports connecting unlimited Salla stores to your account. Each store maintains its own data, analytics, and segments while giving you a centralized view of your entire e-commerce operation.

Unlimited Stores

Connect as many Salla stores as you need. No limits on the number of stores per account.

Per-Store Analytics

Each store has its own RFM analytics, customer segments, and performance metrics.

Team Access

Share specific stores with team members using granular permission controls.

Real-Time Sync

Webhooks keep all store data synchronized in real-time across Syncaty.

Connecting a Store

  1. Navigate to the Stores section from the sidebar
  2. Click "Add New Store"
  3. You'll be redirected to Salla for OAuth authorization
  4. Log in to your Salla account (if not already logged in)
  5. Review and approve the requested permissions
  6. You'll be redirected back to Syncaty
  7. Initial data import begins automatically

Data Isolation

Each store's data is completely isolated:

  • RFM scores are calculated per-store
  • Segments are store-specific
  • Team permissions are granted per-store

Disconnecting a Store

Warning

Disconnecting a store will remove all synced data including customers, orders, products, and analytics. This action cannot be undone. You can reconnect the store later, but historical analytics will need to be recalculated.
