Getting Started
What is Syncaty?
Syncaty is a SaaS platform that connects to your Salla e-commerce stores, imports your data, and provides advanced customer analytics, RFM segmentation, and automation capabilities through n8n integration.
How do I connect my Salla store?
Go to Stores in your dashboard and click "Add New Store". You'll be redirected to Salla to authorize Syncaty. After approval, your store data will automatically import.
How long does the initial import take?
Import time depends on your store size. Small stores (under 1,000 orders) import within minutes. Larger stores may take longer. You can monitor progress in the Jobs section.
Can I connect multiple stores?
Yes! Syncaty supports unlimited store connections. Each store maintains separate data and analytics.
RFM Analytics
What is RFM analysis?
RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, and Monetary. It's a customer segmentation technique that scores customers based on how recently they purchased, how often they purchase, and how much they spend.
How are RFM scores calculated?
Scores range from 1-5 and are calculated relative to your store's customer base using quintile distribution. Score 5 is the best (most recent, most frequent, highest spending).
How often are RFM scores updated?
RFM scores are automatically recalculated when orders are created or updated via webhooks. You can also trigger a manual recalculation from store settings.
Customer Segmentation
What is customer segmentation?
Customer segmentation lets you create groups of customers based on specific criteria like RFM scores, purchase history, location, and more.
How do AND/OR rules work?
AND rules require all conditions to be true. OR rules require any condition to be true. You can nest groups to create complex logic like "(A AND B) OR (C AND D)".
Are segments dynamic?
Yes, segments are evaluated in real-time. Customers automatically join or leave segments as their data changes.
n8n Integration
What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow automation platform. With Syncaty's n8n nodes, you can build automated workflows using your customer data and segments.
How do I install the Syncaty node?
In n8n, go to Settings → Community Nodes and install "n8n-nodes-syncaty-salla". Restart n8n after installation.
